Fire Zone Plan
Evacuation Plan

Evacuation Plans.

An evacuation plan is a diagram that shows the safest emergency exit routes from a building. It is basically an evacuation map of your building.

It is essential for staff, residents, and visitors within your buildings to be informed about the safest exit routes in the event of an emergency.

Fire zone plan

Fire Zone Plans.

A fire alarm zone plan is a diagrammatic representation of a building, showing its fire alarm zones and key elements like exits and stairs, located next to the fire alarm panel to help quickly identify the source of an alarm.

fire strategy plans

Fire Strategy Plans.

Fire strategy CAD plans are detailed visual representations of a building's layout and fire safety features, aiding evacuation, fire risk assessments, and compliance with fire safety, using CAD technology to map out essential elements like escape routes and fire alarms.

site safety plans
Site Safety Plans.

This plan is an integral part of the Fire Strategy for your premises, designed to assist Fire and Rescue Services during emergency responses on-site.

Blueprint

Site & Floor Plans.

We develop Site and Floor Plans, as well as Drawings, that encompass all facets of your building.

Our offerings include a Basic Site Plan and Basic Floor Plan, which represent the minimum standard necessary. We then customise these plans to suit your specific needs.

To enhance the Site or Floor Plan, we can incorporate icons, colors, and photographs, ensuring the final product aligns with your vision.

Secure Information Box Plans.

The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 require the installation of Secure Information Boxes (SIB) in all existing high-rise residential buildings.

While currently mandated for high-rise structures, the Building Safety Act 2022 extends its provisions to all commercial and industrial buildings.

In emergency situations, such as fires or natural disasters, it is crucial for Fire and Rescue Services to have immediate access to building safety information stored in paper format within the box.

Our plans are available in sizes ranging from A4 to A1 and are provided in hard copy, PDF, and DWG (editable) formats to ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
